A couple weeks ago I was in Colorado to visit my brother and arranged a family shoot with with my college friend, Janina, and her husband and son. I went for what I thought would merely be a week of R&R but it soon became a week of R&R&S - rest, relaxation, and shooting. In Colorado, for me these interwove seemlessly. I hadn't seen Janina in years but through the phenomenon that is facebook we reconnected only to find out she now lives minutes from my brother. When I saw her photos I saw no family photos with the three of them which prompted me throw out the idea of a family shoot. They were totally up for it. Downtown Denver provided some excellent shooting locations and Janina, Rob, and little Zev brought all the charm and personality for a wonderful shoot.
