Sue and Dan were an absolute joy to work with and I am so happy they found me. Fun, outgoing, laid back, and, as you can clearly see, completely in love. I was really excited be shooting at the South Shore Cultural Center, a very unique nearly 100 year-old building where President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama got married. Prior to the ceremony and reception we made our way to several shooting locations via trolley. Their friends kept the party going from place to place and I easily could have forgotten I was working : ) It was a little windy and chilly but we wrapped up before sunset and arrived at the Cultural Center with time to spare. The bridal party had a little bubbly and it was on to the nuptials. The ceremony took place in the Solarium which has beautiful view of the lake. Next was dinner and lots of dancing. This was also the first of a couple weddings I've shot with florals by Kristen of Kio Kreations who does amazing creative services not limited to floral design. Special congratulations to Sue and Dan! Wish you all the best!

I love the city shots in particular.
